It's very bad reha center, They lied to me, i asked them before i pay, if they have speciality for Orthopedic Care Department after surgery and nerves, But i found it for Rehabilitation of patients after heart surgery. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 And someone of the rooms cleaner worker stole my money. there is no safe locker.

- very nice and helpful staff (from the cleaning staff and employees in the food distribution to the contact persons at the clinic information, nursing base, therapists and doctors) - I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the clinic until I left. - Therapists who know what they are doing treated me individually despite group sports - Ergometer, MTT or exercise pool can only be used outside of the application times if you get three people together; this is often difficult and as a result you often cannot do extra training (e.g. on weekends). - clean clinic & rooms - Food is fine and there was ALWAYS something for everyone - central location

After the implantation of a knee endoprosthesis, I spent 3 weeks undergoing inpatient rehabilitation at the Vamed Klink Bad Ems. Overall, I felt very comfortable there. The clinic is centrally located in Bad Ems, directly on the Lahn next to the Emser Therme. The spa park and town center are within easy walking distance. Accommodation took place without using any optional services in a functionally equipped single room with a separate bathroom, small balcony, WiFi, radio and TV. Meals were provided in a central canteen where seats were allocated. Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet, and lunch is chosen the day before from three alternatives. Overall, the food was varied and there was always something to suit my taste at lunch. The applications for the following day will be announced the evening before. The therapists and the treating doctor were friendly, competent and committed. Criticism: I According to which criteria and when which application is carried out is not transparent. Apparently, therapists and the treating doctor only have a limited influence on the therapy plan, which therefore lacks precision. Concrete example: In the middle of the second week, I expressed my wish to be scheduled for ergometer training due to the knee flexion I had achieved. The agreement was that I would first try out the ergometer in the weight room. However, I was scheduled there for the first time in the third week on Tuesday. I was able to complete the entire crank movement on the ergometer, whereupon the therapist placed a corresponding note in the online documentation and promised that ergometer training should be possible from the day after next. Unfortunately, it was not like that. I then brought this up at the doctor's visit on Thursday, whereupon I was told that he had "transformed me accordingly in the system". But no ergometer training was planned until the last day of my stay. The reason is probably that the therapy plans are drawn up by an external body, which means that the direct connection to the patient is lost - a shame. II In addition to the therapy plan, there is the opportunity to use the facilities during free periods as part of “free training”. However, this is only possible if at least 3 people work together so that if something happens, 1 person can look after the person who has had an accident and the third person can organize help. It would be helpful here if this system were better moderated by the clinic so that the offer could actually be used.

The somewhat hidden insider tip in Bad Ems. A great café in the VAMED rehabilitation clinic, which impresses with its own charm. Great regional coffee specialties from nero from Koblenz, a small outdoor terrace, cool drinks, snacks and cakes. Two thumbs up for the Vamed clinic. What's really great is that non-guests of the Vamed clinic are also welcome in the café. Keep it up!

Stay after Knie Tep. I can only recommend the clinic. Very competent both professionally and personally. Whether doctors, therapists, nursing staff or even the kitchen and dining room staff. There is nothing wrong with eating. As far as breakfast and dinner are concerned, it could be a little more varied and it should be topped up from time to time. I also think it would make sense to create the therapy plans in-house and not externally. I felt very comfortable and felt very well looked after. I was able to leave the clinic with good results. Another 5 stars for Jasmin and her very nice café. Great ambience. Furnished so lovingly, you can only feel comfortable there. A big thank you to Jasmin and her team.
